One build, start to finish

Site
Land clearing and tear-downs, excavation and grading, foundation preparation, and trenching for septic, water, electric, gas and drainage lines below the frost line. The crew calls 811 before digging and builds drainage into the grade so the ground under your building stays put.
Structure
New construction including concrete tilt-up panel construction, steel building erection, and commercial remodeling and additions. Warehouses, equipment storage, barns and shops for farms and ag operations, and custom homes designed around your property and your plans.
Finish
Kitchens with updated layouts, cabinetry, countertops, flooring and finishes; bathrooms planned around how you use them; roof construction, inspection and repair built for Central Washington weather; and interior, exterior and commercial painting.
