Phase 03 · Finish

Painters for Selah, Yakima and the valley

Fisher Construction paints the outside of homes and businesses, the rooms inside them, and the doors and windows in between. One family-owned Selah crew, from a touch-up to a whole building.

Chapter 01

The last coat is the first thing anyone sees

Paint is the final layer on most jobs and the first thing a visitor notices. A fresh coat does more than change a color. On the outside of a Selah home or a Yakima storefront it is a weather barrier. Inside, it sets how a room feels once the other trades have cleared out. Whether you are revitalizing a home exterior, updating an interior, or giving a business a more polished look, the work starts with the same question: what surface are we covering, and what does it have to put up with?

Derek Fisher brings more than 35 years of personal industry experience, and the team adds up to over 100 years of combined expertise. That shows in the details nobody photographs: clean edges, floors and furniture protected before the first brush, and a finished room that is handed back tidy. Derek and Ally Fisher run the company from Selah, and the crew works across the Yakima Valley and Central Washington.

Four kinds of painting, one crew

Exterior painting uses premium, weather-resistant paints to protect a property and lift its curb appeal, in bold modern colors or classic ones that hold up to the valley's hot summers and damp winters. Interior painting runs from a single accent wall to a whole house, with color and finish chosen alongside you so the result fits your design goals.

Doors and windows get their own care: wood, metal, fiberglass and composite surfaces each take a different prep and a different paint. Commercial painting covers offices, retail spaces, restaurants and industrial facilities, with flexible scheduling and efficient project management so your operation keeps running while the work goes on.

Chapter 03

Minor touch-up or large-scale project

The scope runs from small touch-ups to large-scale projects, and the approach stays the same. The crew takes care of the details, from protecting your floors and furniture to delivering a polished, professional finish, and leaves the space ready to use.

Painting questions

Straight answers on paint

Clean the surfaces with mild soap and touch up scratches or chips promptly. That extends the life of the paint, and using high-quality paint to begin with also cuts down on maintenance.

For commercial spaces our painters recommend scuff-resistant, washable paints, such as satin or semi-gloss finishes. They hold their appearance despite heavy use.
