Phase 02 · Structure

Warehouse construction, build and renovation across the Yakima Valley

A good warehouse does more than keep the weather off. Fisher Construction handles planning, excavation, construction and finishing in-house under one family-owned Selah team.

Chapter 01

One crew from the first sketch to the last coat

The usual way to get a warehouse built is to hire a designer, then an excavator, then a concrete sub, then a framer, then someone to finish the inside, and spend months coordinating who is waiting on whom. Our design-build approach handles every phase in-house, including planning, excavation, construction and finishing, so one team is accountable for the whole building.

That also means you hear from us throughout the project. We keep you informed at each stage. We build warehouses for storage and distribution, manufacturing, event venues, and horse or animal lodging, and we can build any type of residential or commercial warehouse.

How a warehouse goes up: design, ground, structure, finish

Design comes first. Our team works with you to understand how the building will actually be used, then configures the layout around that use. Next comes excavation and groundwork. After a site evaluation and soil analysis, we clear the site and prepare a solid foundation, because everything above grade depends on what is underneath it.

Then we pour the concrete and frame the structure, building to code and for durability in the Yakima Valley climate. Finishing completes the building: insulation, drywall, paint and flooring, plus ramps, safety equipment, accessories and energy-efficient appliances, tailored to your operation. The finishing list is yours to set. A parts warehouse and a home hobby space ask for very different things.

Chapter 03

Storage, hobby space, recreation or commercial: we build all of it

Storage warehouses protect cars, boats, RVs, lawn and farm equipment, lumber, feed and seed. A hobby or home-business building gives you a custom-designed shop at home. Recreation buildings cover a he-shed or she-shed, a home gym, a game room or an indoor play area you can use in any weather, and multipurpose warehouses zone one building for work, storage and even guest accommodations.

Commercial warehouses are the large-scale end of the same work.
